Last September, I made a post about Professor Randy Pausch and his last lecture on my LJ. It was one of the most inspiring and touching talks I’ve ever heard. If you don’t know Prof. Pausch or haven’t watched this clip yet, I highly recommend.
Randy Pausch Last Lecture: Achieving Your Childhood Dreams
After that, I’ve been following his blog on a regular basis, reading about his fight against pancreatic cancer while making memories with his three small children. I bought his book back in April when it’s released, and couldn’t stop reading even when I was weeping my eyeballs out.
Wednesday night, I looked up his blog again, he didn’t update anything in a couple weeks. Then my sister called me up at work on Friday to check out the news.
Professor Randy Pausch passed away on Friday, leaving behind his “Last Lecture” for millions to learn from.

I happened to have $5.23 this month, so my daddy allowed me to buy this magazine :P (ok, I’m kidding, my dad was forced to go pick it up for me xD)
Not of the highest quality, I’m not scanning stuff for a living. Only 300 dpi, then resized to a not-too-large size. Will you still love me? LOL
Feel free to spread the links or direct people to this post.

Besides an article about Tono (and his aikata-kun xD) and Takizawa Enbujou in their Center Stage section, there’s an article about “Who says men can’t cook? – A look at Japanese showbiz’s apron-wielding men” on their Eye on TV column. Sadly, we don’t have T&T bangumi, otherwise Tsu would definitely feature in this article!
Eye on Travel presented a story about Dazaifu, which brings back loads of wonderful memory I had with A-san, I-san and T-chan. This beautiful town marked the last day of our trip together last year. I really missed them. And I really really really need a vacation now! T__T
Last but not the least, this make up scene from Enbujou’08 kills me every.single.time *purrs* I can’t wait for the DVD!

I got a forward mail from a friend today and had to LOL about its content about Scorpio traits. Perfect timing. I googled it up a bit more and I think I like this site the most, especially this part:
Scorpio and Friendship:
Relationships with Scorpio are always complicated, just like the person, their relationships are a series of extremes, they can even be downright moody for no apparent reason. Scorpios are known for their possessiveness and jealousy but on the other hand, they are extremely loyal.
Scorpios have an excellent memory and combined with an inability to let things go, they can hold a grudge against someone who did them harm forever, in fact a Scorpio rarely if never forgives and forgets. They will even go as far as get vengeance on the person. On the other hand, they will always remember a kind gesture forever and repay it.
Any kind selfless gesture done to a Scorpio will gain trust and respect which is extremely important to them in any relationship, either romantic or not. The best advice is to be honest with a Scorpio friend and in return, you will gain an amazing friend you will never forget and who will be loyal to you and never make false promises. Their truthful and shocking sense of humor if different than that of any other zodiac sign and the Scorpio makes an amazing, powerful interesting friend that can be trusted
I think it depends on what kind of issue/situation/person I’m dealing with. Most of the time, I forgive and forget before the other party even realizes I was pissed. My memory is good on some certain burning issues, but I do have some ‘blank’ moments too (oops.. a sign of getting old *hangs head*). I also like the 3rd paragraph about trust and respect. So true.
Scorpios out there, what say you? ;)

… ears of a T&T fangirl!
Several years ago, Flowerypoopoo-san (are you sure you don’t want to change your name ka? ^^”) told me that a girl doesn’t have to be like a donut; she can be like a pizza, no hole but still taste good. You just have to love his analogy. xD
I have multiple ear piercings.
Each came from different occasions, some came when I felt seriously down (well, don’t worry, I stopped adding more after I graduated ^^”). One of them was even a mistake. Basically I’m now down to 6, but I hardly wear any earrings, just because I don’t have time in the morning ^^”
Anyway, today, I’ve finally found a perfect use of all my ear piercings. (^___^)v

Definitely T&T fangirl’s ears, eh? ^^
I’ve been looking for “T” studs for quite some time now but couldn’t find one that I really like until last week. When I saw this pair online, I snatched it right away xD
Hopefully, there won’t be any retard person taking my picture and claiming these ears are his/her own. It’s going to be more than a slap, I swear.
ps. I just realized that it’s super hard to take pictures of my own ears (and my messy hair after going to the gym!!) XDDD
